DESCRIPTION

SecureTech is a small holding company whose revenue comes almost entirely from AI UltraProd, a China-based provider of AI-driven industrial 3D printing robots acquired in June 2025. AI UltraProd's core products are construction 3D printing robots — the GR1, RF1, RC1, and RT1 series — that print concrete or polymer structures for building and infrastructure applications. The core value proposition is labor and cost reduction: replacing large construction crews with a team of three to four technicians, AI UltraProd claims to cut structural framing and wall costs from roughly 20-25% of a typical construction budget to 15% or lower. Beyond robot sales, AI UltraProd sells proprietary printing materials (Geo Mix and Geo Add), offers printing services, leases equipment, and provides installation, engineering design, training, and on-site support. This bundled model — hardware, consumables, and recurring services — is designed to create customer stickiness and recurring revenue after the initial sale. AI UltraProd sells primarily to industrial and construction customers in China, and is headquartered in Hong Kong with production in Zhejiang Province. SecureTech's two other units are early-stage or being wound down: Piranha Blockchain is a pre-revenue digital infrastructure and cybersecurity business, and Top Kontrol is a legacy automotive anti-theft device business that SecureTech plans to spin off onto the OTCQB in Fall 2026.
