Integrated Media Technology (IMTE) is a small Australian holding company operating three early-stage businesses: manufacturing and selling switchable (smartglass) lamination glass panels, manufacturing nano-coated filter plates for air purifiers, and selling and certifying Halal food products. The switchable glass product is electronically controlled glass that adjusts transparency, marketed for energy efficiency in buildings by reducing heat and glare. IMTE targets Southeast Asia, the Middle East, and the U.S. for switchable glass distribution, and signed an exclusive distribution agreement in July 2024 for the prefabricated home market. Nano-coated filter plates are manufactured and sold through Ohho International, a 51%-owned Canadian subsidiary. The Halal business operates through a Malaysian subsidiary, WISE, which distributes Halal-certified food products and aims to provide certification services to food manufacturers and producers across Asia, Europe, and the Middle East. IMTE sells primarily through agents, distributors, and consultants rather than a direct sales force. None of the three businesses have generated meaningful revenue — total revenue was roughly $72K in FY25, almost entirely from Halal product sales. IMTE funds operations through repeated share issuances, convertible notes, and warrant issuances. The company has undergone significant strategic shifts over its history, previously operating energy products distribution and digital asset businesses, both of which were divested in late 2024, and has faced regulatory compliance issues including ASIC proceedings and a Nasdaq delisting notice.
