DESCRIPTION

TPT Global Tech is a San Diego-based holding company whose revenue is almost entirely generated by one operating business: TPT SpeedConnect, a rural wireless broadband ISP. SpeedConnect serves roughly 2,000 residential and commercial customers across Arizona, Idaho, Michigan, Montana, and Texas over a network of 100+ cellular towers, providing high-speed internet in areas where cable providers don't build infrastructure. SpeedConnect operates on a subscription model, with customers paying monthly recurring fees, and also resells third-party satellite internet, DSL, IP telephony, and DISH TV products. TPT Global Tech holds SpeedConnect through an 86%-owned subsidiary. Beyond SpeedConnect, TPT Global Tech has a content production subsidiary, Blue Collar Productions, which makes documentaries, TV pilots, and marketing campaigns for studios and brands on a project basis. The company also has several aspirational, largely unbuilt businesses: VuMe, a mobile TV and social media platform intended to generate advertising and SaaS licensing revenue; Geokall, a pending eSIM connectivity acquisition targeting mobile connectivity resale in emerging markets; and a medical technology division called TPT MedTech. The company's stated long-term vision is a vertically integrated media and telecom loop — Blue Collar produces content, VuMe distributes it, and SpeedConnect and Geokall deliver it — but this vision is heavily contingent on raising roughly $50M in capital, for which the company has no committed sources.
