DESCRIPTION

Coca-Cola Europacific Partners (CCEP) is one of the world's largest Coca-Cola bottlers, manufacturing, distributing, and selling non-alcoholic ready-to-drink (NARTD) beverages across 31 markets in Europe and Asia-Pacific. CCEP does not own its brands — it licenses them from The Coca-Cola Company and other partners like Monster Beverage, then manufactures and sells finished beverages at a markup. Core products include Coca-Cola trademark sparkling drinks (Coca-Cola Original, Coke Zero, Fanta, Sprite), energy drinks (Monster), sports drinks (Powerade), and a growing alcoholic RTD portfolio (Jack Daniel's & Coke, Bacardi & Coke). CCEP sells through two channels: the home channel (supermarkets and grocery retailers) and the away-from-home channel (restaurants, cafes, venues, and convenience stores), with the latter generating higher revenue per case and better margins. Europe is CCEP's largest region, with Great Britain as its single largest market; the Asia-Pacific segment includes Australia, New Zealand, the Philippines, and Indonesia. Key profitability levers include revenue-per-case growth through pricing and mix (favoring single-serve formats and AFH volume), commodity hedging, and a multiyear productivity program targeting EUR 350-400M in savings by 2028. Growth priorities include Zero Sugar expansion, energy drink distribution, AFH cooler placements, ARTD category buildout, and long-term market development in the Philippines and Indonesia.
