Myseum (formerly DatChat) is a small, early-stage social media and messaging technology company with 11 full-time employees. Myseum operates two core consumer apps: DatChat Messenger, a privacy-focused mobile messaging app that lets users set message expiration timers, delete sent messages from recipients' devices, and prevent screenshots; and Picture Party by Myseum, an on-demand photo and video sharing platform that creates a private, real-time shared feed for a defined group, designed for event-based photo sharing. Myseum also offers a broader platform that lets families store and share photos, videos, messages, and documents in a private library, with time-released video messages designed to create a "digital legacy." All apps are free on the Apple App Store and Google Play. Myseum does not currently generate meaningful revenue. Monetization plans include in-app purchases for storage and customization features, and a subscription tier for small businesses — but these plans are contingent on first building a meaningful user base. Myseum previously held a minority stake in RPM Interactive, an AI-driven podcast and gaming technology subsidiary, which was sold in December 2025 in exchange for preferred stock in Avalon GloboCare; RPM's results are now classified as discontinued operations.
