Photozou Holdings is a small Tokyo-based holding company that operates through its wholly owned subsidiary, Photozou Koukoku. The business has two active lines: photo session services and online advertising. Under the "Primavera Photo Sessions" brand, Photozou Koukoku organizes weekend photography sessions in Tokyo and Osaka where photography enthusiasts pay an all-inclusive fee to photograph models. About 30 models are associated with the program across both cities, and a third-party contractor manages session operations for a flat monthly fee. Online advertising involves developing banner ads for third-party clients and placing them on photozou.jp, a photo-sharing website Photozou Koukoku acquired from a related party in 2023; fees are negotiated case-by-case. A third line — buying used DSLRs from Japanese dealers and reselling them on Amazon USA — was discontinued in August 2025. Revenue concentration is notable: in FY2024, a single customer accounted for 90% of photo session revenue. Photozou Koukoku is also developing a short drama application, which it plans to launch in 2026 as an extension of its visual media services.
