DESCRIPTION

Xylo Technologies is an Israeli holding company that operates as a diversified investment vehicle, with stakes across ad-tech, ticketing, electric vehicles, medical devices, and real estate. Xylo's revenue is almost entirely driven by its ~46% stake in Gix Internet, a digital advertising platform that automates and optimizes online ad campaigns for advertisers and publishers. Gix Internet operates primarily through Cortex Media Group and has historically accounted for the vast majority of Xylo's consolidated revenue, though that revenue has contracted sharply in recent years. Xylo also consolidates Eventer, a small Israeli online ticketing platform that earns commissions on ticket sales for live and virtual events. Beyond these revenue-generating businesses, Xylo holds early-stage, non-revenue-generating stakes in Charging Robotics (autonomous wireless EV charging), Revoltz (modular micro-mobility EVs), Parazero (drone safety systems), and a commercial real estate investment in Miami. Xylo also developed the MUSE system, an endoscopic device for treating GERD, but has stepped back from commercializing it and is seeking to sell or license the technology. The company was founded in 1999 as Medigus and rebranded to Xylo Technologies in April 2024. As of early 2025, Xylo is subject to a pending acquisition by L.I.A Pure Capital at $5.25 per ADS, with shareholder votes underway.
