Innovative Payment Solutions (IPSI) is a pre-revenue fintech company focused on building payment processing solutions for merchants in the gaming and entertainment industries. The company's current vehicle is a 50/50 joint venture called IPSIPAY, formed in October 2025 with Brant Point Solutions, which aims to offer merchant payment processing, money transfer, and international bill payment services targeting high-risk sectors.
