DESCRIPTION

Regen Biopharma is a pre-revenue, clinical-stage biotech company developing regenerative medicine and immunotherapy treatments. Regen has no approved products and has not yet commenced clinical trials on any of its candidates. Its pipeline spans two areas: regenerative medicine, anchored by HemaXellerate (a stem cell therapy for severe aplastic anemia that uses a patient's own fat tissue to extract and re-infuse stem cells to repair bone marrow); and cancer immunotherapy, where multiple programs target NR2F6, a gene that suppresses immune cell activity. Immunotherapy candidates include dCellVax (dendritic cell therapy for breast cancer), tCellVax (T cell therapy for solid tumors), DuraCar (an enhanced CAR-T therapy), and DiffronC (an in vivo drug targeting NR2F6). Regen's intended business model is to develop therapies to a meaningful clinical milestone, then license or sell them rather than commercialize directly. Licensing revenue would come from upfront fees, royalties on net sales (typically 4–5%), and a share of sublicensing proceeds. Regen has executed this model in a limited way, licensing IP to Zander Therapeutics for veterinary use and to Oncology Pharma for pancreatic and colon cancer. Currently, Regen generates no meaningful revenue and relies on external financing to fund operations.
