DESCRIPTION

Nurix is a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company focused on targeted protein degradation (TPD) — a drug modality that eliminates disease-causing proteins entirely from cells, rather than simply blocking their activity. Nurix's pipeline targets cancer and inflammatory diseases, with three oral clinical-stage candidates. The lead program, bexobrutideg, is a BTK degrader in a Phase 2 pivotal trial for relapsed or refractory CLL patients who have failed three prior treatment lines, including both covalent and non-covalent BTK inhibitors. Zelebrudomide is a dual BTK/Ikaros/Aiolos degrader in Phase 1 for aggressive lymphomas, and NX-1607 is a CBL-B inhibitor designed to enhance T-cell anti-tumor activity, also in Phase 1 across solid tumors. Nurix's core technology is its DEL-AI platform, which screens ~5 billion DNA-labeled small molecules and uses machine learning to identify drug candidates against historically "undruggable" targets. Nurix has two revenue streams: wholly-owned pipeline programs it intends to commercialize independently in the U.S., and platform collaborations with Gilead, Sanofi, and Pfizer, which have generated $482M in non-dilutive cash and carry up to $6.1B in potential future milestones and fees. These collaborations fund Nurix's internal pipeline while validating the DEL-AI platform. Nurix has no approved products or commercial revenue, and outsources manufacturing and clinical operations.
