DESCRIPTION

ChronoScale provides GPU-based cloud computing infrastructure for AI workloads like training and inference. ChronoScale rents space at third-party colocation centers, installs company-owned GPU equipment, and sells access to that capacity. As of May 2026, ChronoScale operated approximately 6,144 NVIDIA H100 GPUs across three locations, serving a single customer, Together AI. ChronoScale is currently divesting the legacy medical exoskeleton business to focus exclusively on AI infrastructure. ChronoScale’s primary business model involves charging a fixed, per-GPU per-hour rate, though ChronoScale is expanding into usage-based models. The company strategy centers on a four-layer platform: infrastructure, GPU-as-a-Service, a managed inference platform called Token Factory, and an enterprise AI workflow tool named ChronoScale Foundry. ChronoScale plans to expand capacity through a partnership with Microsoft to deploy 50 MW using liquid-cooled NVIDIA GB300 systems. The Token Factory model provides per-token, usage-based access to AI workloads to diversify the ChronoScale customer base. Additionally, a partnership with Nutanix allows enterprises to extend on-premises environments into ChronoScale’s cloud infrastructure. To support implementation, ChronoScale offers professional services through the Outcome Engineers group.
