DESCRIPTION

Atlas Lithium is a pre-revenue mineral exploration and development company focused on becoming a producer of spodumene concentrate (a key upstream input for lithium batteries) in Brazil. The company's flagship asset is the Neves Project, a hard-rock lithium project located in Minas Gerais, Brazil, in a region the state government has designated "Lithium Valley." Atlas Lithium has not yet begun mining or production — it is in the development and permitting stage, working toward first commercial output. The intended end product, spodumene concentrate, is sold to lithium chemical converters and battery manufacturers, primarily in Asia, for use in EV batteries and energy storage systems. The company received its modular dense media separation (DMS) processing plant in 2025, designed to produce approximately 150,000 tons of spodumene concentrate per year, and was in the procurement and contractor selection phase for plant assembly as of the latest period. Once in production, Atlas Lithium's economics would be driven by production volumes, market prices for spodumene concentrate, and its cost structure in Brazil. The company funds operations through equity raises rather than revenues. Atlas Lithium also holds roughly 28% of Atlas Critical Minerals, a separate exploration-stage company focused on critical minerals including rare earths, copper, and graphite in Brazil, whose results are consolidated into Atlas Lithium's financials.
