DESCRIPTION

Anfield Energy is a pre-revenue Canadian-listed uranium and vanadium exploration and development company focused entirely on U.S. assets. Anfield's portfolio includes several projects at varying stages of advancement across Utah, Colorado, and New Mexico. The most advanced is the Velvet-Wood underground mine in Utah, where construction is underway following permits received from the U.S. Department of the Interior and the state of Utah. Also in Utah, Anfield owns the Shootaring Canyon Mill, a conventional uranium processing facility it is working to reactivate, which would allow Anfield to process its own ore into uranium oxide ("yellowcake") and vanadium pentoxide without relying on third-party tolling. Other key assets include the Slick Rock project in Colorado, where Anfield recently completed a drill program, and the West Slope portfolio in Colorado, which includes past-producing mines targeting restart in H2 2026. Anfield also holds a uranium project in New Mexico acquired from enCore Energy. The company also has roughly 370,000 lbs of uranium stockpiled, which represents a near-term monetizable asset. Once operational, Anfield intends to sell uranium and vanadium under long-term supply contracts to nuclear utilities and industrial buyers. Anfield funds operations through equity issuances and credit facilities, with Uranium Energy as its controlling shareholder following a series of investments. Anfield is also acquiring BRS, an engineering and mine development consulting firm, to bring geology and engineering capabilities in-house.
