DESCRIPTION

FiEE (formerly Minim) is a small U.S.-listed company that has abandoned its legacy networking hardware business — consumer modems and routers sold under the Motorola brand — and is repositioning itself as a digital services provider across three areas. First, FiEE manages social media accounts and produces content for brand clients, and operates a Multi-Channel Network (MCN) business where FiEE partners with influencers, retaining content ownership and monetization rights. Second, FiEE provides custom software development services, from design and architecture through deployment and maintenance. Third, through HGK, a Japanese company acquired in late 2025, FiEE uses AI image recognition and blockchain to authenticate artworks and issue tamper-proof digital certificates tracking provenance and ownership. FiEE's customers are primarily in Asia. The company generates revenue through tiered subscription-style plans for content services, project-based contracts for software, and per-transaction or per-project fees for authentication. FiEE is at a very early stage — the software business formally launched in July 2025, and HGK was acquired in November 2025, meaning most business lines have minimal operating history. The company has just three full-time employees, faces high customer concentration, and has recently dealt with Nasdaq delisting challenges. FiEE has funded its pivot through private placements and acquisitions, including the $3.5M purchase of HGK and a $1.4M IP acquisition from Yixuntong, a Chinese technology company.
