DESCRIPTION

Accredited Solutions sells Diamond Creek, a premium alkaline (9.5pH) natural spring water, in one-gallon, one-liter, and half-liter bottles. Diamond Creek is positioned around a proprietary ionization process that balances the body's pH, and is sold through grocery stores, convenience stores, and mass merchandisers across the U.S. The company outsources manufacturing and warehousing to third-party co-packers, then sells through two channels: Direct Store Delivery (DSD), where independent regional distributors deliver to retail chains, and Warehouse Direct, where the company ships to large retail chain warehouses supported by brokers. The DSD channel requires distributors to earn roughly 25–30% gross margin, so the company must price accordingly. Accredited Solutions targets a minimum 60% markup over production costs when evaluating new products. Revenue is seasonal, with peak sales from April through September. The company is very small, with just two employees, and has a history of abandoned business lines including CBD beverages, hemp farming, and eco-friendly industrial products — Diamond Creek is its only current operating business. Accredited Solutions says it is focused on expanding Diamond Creek's U.S. distribution by securing national chain listings and adding regional distributors, and also says it is pursuing acquisitions and partnerships in the broader beverage sector.
