Vivos is a pre-commercial medical device company developing a targeted radiation therapy technology called Precision Radionuclide Therapy (PRnT). The core product is RadioGel (branded as IsoPet for veterinary use), an injectable hydrogel embedded with yttrium-90 (Y-90) radioactive particles. A clinician injects the gel directly into a solid tumor, where it locks the Y-90 in place and delivers a high local radiation dose while minimizing exposure to surrounding healthy tissue. Vivos operates two divisions using the same underlying technology. The Animal Division (IsoPet) is the only commercial business today — Vivos certifies veterinary clinics to administer IsoPet therapy, then sells per-patient vials on a volume-based pricing model. As of year-end 2025, Vivos had 17 certified clinics nationwide. The Human Division (RadioGel) is still in development, targeting recurrent papillary thyroid carcinoma as the initial indication. Vivos holds FDA Breakthrough Device designation and is preparing to resubmit an Investigational Device Exemption application targeting April 2026, which would unlock U.S. clinical trials. Human therapy has also been initiated in India through a separate regulatory pathway. Vivos also sells its proprietary hydrogel polymer platform, PrecisionGel, to universities and pharmaceutical companies for drug delivery research. The company is pre-profitability, carries going concern doubt, and has funded operations primarily through Regulation A+ equity offerings.
