DESCRIPTION

Marvion is a Nevada holding company whose operating businesses, run through Hong Kong subsidiaries, provide last-mile logistics and warehousing services in Hong Kong. The company pivoted to this business in September 2024 when it acquired United Warehouse Management Corp (UWMC), abandoning its prior media and entertainment activities. The logistics arm, KSK Logistic, runs last-mile delivery services for retail and business customers in the cable, data equipment, furnishing, and appliance industries, operating five trucks and 18 employees across Hong Kong. KSK charges per-parcel fees with a variable component based on weight and route, and roughly 90% of KSK's revenue comes from a single customer, Asis-Express Logistics, which services SF Express's e-commerce logistics in Hong Kong. The warehousing arm, UWML, provides storage, transloading, pick-and-pack, kitting, and e-commerce fulfillment out of a facility in Yuen Long that combines cold storage and general warehousing. UWML bills customers for storage, transloading, and value-added services, and is currently expanding capacity with new warehouse buildings brought online in 2024 and 2025. KSK and UWML are operationally integrated, offering customers a combined logistics and warehousing solution. Customer concentration is high — three customers accounted for nearly 90% of FY25 revenue. A small ancillary revenue stream comes from selling rooftop solar power to China Light and Power through 2033.
