Therapeutic Solutions International (TSOI) is an early-stage biotech focused on immune modulation — developing therapies that activate or suppress the immune system to treat disease. TSOI operates two businesses: a small nutraceutical line and a pre-revenue drug development pipeline. The nutraceutical business sells dietary supplements directly to consumers, with the flagship product being QuadraMune, a plant-derived immune support blend. This is TSOI's only source of commercial revenue. The core of TSOI's activity is its drug pipeline, built around the "JadiCell," an umbilical cord-derived mesenchymal stem cell licensed and developed for serious conditions including ARDS, COPD, CTE, and ALS. TSOI also develops cancer immunotherapies under its "StemVacs" platform. Rather than running all programs on a single balance sheet, TSOI uses a subsidiary model — licensing IP and transferring INDs to purpose-built entities (e.g., Breathe Biologics, CTE Biologics, ALS Biologics, Res Nova Bio) that are designed to attract separate capital for each disease area. Most programs are at Phase I or pre-IND stage; none have generated drug revenue. TSOI has only three full-time employees and outsources most activities to academic collaborators and third-party manufacturers, funding operations through equity financing. The JadiCell platform is TSOI's primary asset, with INDs filed across multiple indications and Orphan Drug Designation applications submitted for ARDS and frontotemporal dementia.
