DESCRIPTION

Actinium Pharmaceuticals is a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company developing targeted radiopharmaceutical therapeutics for cancer patients, with no approved products and no commercial revenue. Actinium's core approach attaches a radioactive isotope — primarily Actinium-225 (Ac-225), an alpha-particle emitter — to an antibody that targets proteins expressed on cancer cells, delivering lethal radiation directly to tumors while sparing healthy tissue. The pipeline spans blood cancers and solid tumors. The lead hematology assets are Actimab-A, a CD33-targeted Ac-225 radioconjugate for relapsed/refractory AML and high-risk MDS, and Iomab-B, a CD45-targeted agent designed to condition elderly or unfit AML patients for bone marrow transplant. Both are Phase 2/3-ready. Iomab-ACT, also CD45-targeted, is being studied in three active trials as a conditioning agent prior to CAR-T and cell/gene therapies. On the solid tumor side, ATNM-400 is a pre-clinical Ac-225 radioconjugate targeting a novel non-PSMA antigen with pan-tumor potential across prostate, lung, and breast cancers. Actinium funds operations through equity and intends to generate value by partnering or out-licensing its hematology assets to larger pharma companies, receiving upfront payments, milestones, and royalties while partners fund pivotal trials. For earlier-stage assets, Actinium plans to advance them to clinical proof-of-concept before seeking partners. The company is also building a cGMP radiopharmaceutical manufacturing facility in New York, expected operational in 2H 2026, and has developed proprietary cyclotron-based Ac-225 production technology it seeks to commercialize separately.
