DESCRIPTION

Go Green Global Technologies is a pre-revenue stage company based in Danbury, Connecticut, developing a patented fluid treatment device called Sonical™. The Sonical™ device uses pulsed electromagnetic fields to alter the molecular structure of fluids passing through it, without chemicals. Go Green is targeting two product lines: fuel treatment devices installed in fuel lines of boilers, diesel generators, trucks, locomotives, and maritime vessels to improve combustion efficiency and reduce emissions; and water treatment devices installed in HVAC cooling towers and water lines to eliminate scale buildup and control bacteria. Go Green plans to sell physical hardware directly or through distributors, with pricing ranging from small residential units to large maritime installations estimated at $250K–$1M per vessel. Near-term target customers include residential and commercial boiler operators in the U.S. Northeast and diesel generator operators in Canada. As of early 2025, Go Green has not commercially launched any products, has not completed independent lab testing, and has not obtained required certifications including ANSI/NSF Standard 61 for potable water systems. The company has two full-time employees and has survived on serial bridge financing, issuing stock and warrants to lenders and service providers. Go Green's auditor has issued a going concern opinion, citing an accumulated deficit of approximately $10.6M and minimal cash on hand.
