DESCRIPTION

Cleartronic operates through its wholly owned subsidiary, ReadyOp Communications, selling cloud-based communications and operations management software on a SaaS subscription basis. The core product, the ReadyOp platform, is a web-based tool that helps organizations plan, manage, and coordinate operations and emergency response — customers use it to store plans, track assets, manage communications, and respond to incidents or disasters. ReadyOp serves local, state, and federal government agencies, school districts, utilities, hospitals, and corporations. Cleartronic also offers ReadyMed, a secure communications and patient-tracking platform for healthcare organizations marketed under the ReadyOp brand, and Alastar, a platform acquired in 2024 whose functionality is being migrated into ReadyOp over roughly two years. Revenue is driven primarily by annual SaaS subscriptions, with a growing share of customers opting for multi-year agreements. Cleartronic also sells AudioMate 360 IP Gateway hardware — a radio interoperability device — but positions it as a complement to ReadyOp rather than a standalone product. Hardware is manufactured by contract manufacturers, keeping Cleartronic's cost structure focused on software development and sales. The company sells through inside salespeople and outside commissioned sales reps. Growth priorities include completing FedRAMP certification to expand federal adoption, integrating Alastar into ReadyOp, and growing the sales force. Cleartronic is a small company with only two executive officers.
