DESCRIPTION

CFN Enterprises is a small holding company with two main businesses: wine and beverages, and cannabis-focused digital media. The wine and beverage business is the newer and primary focus, built through two acquisitions completed in 2025. J Street imports and wholesales wines and alcoholic beverages to bars, restaurants, casinos, and hotels across five states. Prestige is a winemaking consulting firm that charges consulting fees to third-party clients, and came with global wine trademarks, proprietary formulations, and a distributor network. CFN also formed Interstice Cellars, a specialty wine developer and retailer in which J Street holds a 51% managing interest. The legacy business, CFN Media, operates as a digital marketing agency running sponsored content campaigns for companies in the cannabis, hemp, and wellness industries. CFN previously operated Ranco, a white-label hemp product manufacturer, but wound it down in late 2025 following federal legislation banning intoxicating hemp-derived consumable products. CFN's stated strategy is to build a vertically integrated wine business spanning importation, wholesale distribution, winemaking consulting, and specialty retail, while using its digital marketing capabilities to support growth. CFN is a very small company with only 10 full-time employees, and trades on the OTCQB Marketplace.
