DESCRIPTION

PreAxia is an early-stage Canadian fintech company with two business lines, neither of which has generated meaningful revenue. The first is PreAxia Payment, an HSA platform that helps Canadian employers manage health spending accounts — employer-funded accounts employees use to pay eligible medical expenses. The platform handles account management, reconciliation, financial settlement, and reporting. PreAxia targets small and mid-sized Canadian businesses, distributing through independent brokers and financial advisors who earn commissions on funds managed through the platform. The second business line is Zane, a subsidiary incorporated in 2025 to develop an AI-powered personal finance app targeting Generation Z. The planned product combines a high-interest savings account, a smart debit card, and an automated fund-management tool that moves money across a user's accounts to minimize fees and maximize returns. Zane's intended revenue model includes consumer-facing financial products and longer-term B2B revenue from selling aggregated transaction data and analytics to retailers and other businesses. Zane has had no operations to date. PreAxia has one full-time employee and incurred no R&D spending in its most recent fiscal year, making both businesses early-stage concepts rather than operating businesses.
