DESCRIPTION

TurnOnGreen is a small power electronics company that operates two businesses: a custom power systems business (Digital Power) and an EV charging business (TOG Technologies). Digital Power designs and manufactures custom, high-reliability power conversion systems for mission-critical applications including military communications, radar arrays, medical devices, and industrial equipment. These are purpose-built products engineered to exact specifications — capable of withstanding extreme temperatures, shock, vibration, and electromagnetic interference — sold primarily to OEMs, defense contractors, and system integrators. Digital Power's model is to minimize upfront non-recurring engineering fees as a tool to win OEM relationships, then generate revenue from multi-year production runs that follow. Defense and aerospace has become the dominant end market, accounting for roughly 61% of power product revenue. Digital Power generates approximately 83% of total revenue. TOG Technologies sells Level 2 AC chargers and DC fast chargers to site hosts — property owners, fleet operators, municipalities, and employers — and operates a cloud-based network management platform (TOG Network Services) that handles authentication, billing, and diagnostics. TOG Technologies currently earns most of its revenue from one-time hardware sales, but is building toward a recurring subscription model through its charger-as-a-service offering, which bundles hardware with network subscriptions. TurnOnGreen's growth strategy centers on deepening defense and aerospace penetration, expanding TOG Technologies' installed base to grow subscription revenue, and selectively acquiring power electronics businesses or software platforms.
