DESCRIPTION

TSS is a small-cap IT infrastructure services company that assembles, configures, and tests complex AI-enabled server racks for enterprise and data center customers. TSS's core business is rack integration: taking GPUs, servers, cabling, and other components and assembling them into functional, tested rack systems at TSS's 213,000 sq ft purpose-built integration facility in Georgetown, Texas, then shipping them to data centers. TSS does not manufacture any components — in many cases, components are consigned by the OEM or end-customer, so TSS earns only a service fee for assembly, testing, and related work. TSS operates almost entirely through a single relationship with a large Fortune 100 IT OEM, widely understood to be Dell. TSS operates across three segments: Systems Integration (assembly and testing of AI server racks, highest margins), Procurement Services (reselling third-party hardware and software, primarily to the federal government, lowest margins but the largest share of reported revenue), and Facilities Management (design, deployment, and maintenance of modular data centers, highest gross margins, recurring revenue). TSS's Georgetown facility currently has 15 megawatts of electrical capacity, with plans to expand to over 40 MW, positioning the company to handle increasingly power-dense next-generation racks. TSS's key risk is customer concentration — the loss of its Dell relationship would be existential, though a long-term agreement signed in late 2024 provides some contractual protection.
