DESCRIPTION

MySize is a small fashion technology and commerce company operating four business units that together aim to serve as an end-to-end platform for fashion brands and retailers. The core technology asset is Naiz Fit, a B2B SaaS platform that uses AI to deliver size and fit recommendations to fashion e-commerce brands, including Levi's, Desigual, and Pepe Jeans. Following the acquisition of ShoeSize.Me in 2025, Naiz Fit covers both apparel and footwear. Naiz Fit charges recurring subscription fees tied to modules activated and usage volume, with a natural upsell path as clients expand across e-commerce, product design, retail, and analytics tools. The second unit, Orgad, is a technology-enabled third-party seller on Amazon that buys fashion and footwear inventory in bulk and resells it across 5,000+ SKUs, using proprietary software to manage pricing and win Amazon's featured offer position. Orgad is the largest revenue contributor. The third unit, Percentil, is a managed recommerce platform operating in Spain, France, Germany, and Italy that takes physical custody of pre-owned garments, handles quality control, pricing, and photography, and sells them through local e-commerce sites, earning a commission on sales. Percentil also serves fashion brands seeking to liquidate surplus inventory or comply with EU sustainability regulations. The fourth unit, Ten Peacks, is an early-stage Israeli distributor of international fashion brands. MySize was built largely through M&A and continues to pursue acquisitions, cross-selling across units, and U.S. expansion for Naiz Fit.
