Enpro is an industrial technology company that makes highly engineered, proprietary components and solutions for critical applications — products that must not fail, are specified into customer processes, and are small in cost relative to the consequences of failure. Enpro operates two segments. Sealing Technologies (~65% of revenue) makes seals, gaskets, and related components for demanding environments — extreme temperatures, pressures, and corrosive chemicals — serving chemicals, aerospace, nuclear, commercial vehicles, and other industrial end markets. The segment also includes process analytics instrumentation and single-use biopharmaceutical components. Roughly two-thirds of Sealing revenue is recurring aftermarket replacement, as products are engineered into customer processes and must be periodically replaced. Once a Garlock gasket or STEMCO seal is specified into a design, customers prioritize reliability over price, supporting premium pricing and consistent demand. Advanced Surface Technologies (~35% of revenue) serves the semiconductor industry through precision cleaning and refurbishment of chamber components, manufacturing of complex equipment sub-systems, and specialized optical coatings. AST revenue splits between cleaning services — which track fab utilization and are relatively stable — and equipment components, which track semiconductor capital equipment spending and are more cyclical. Enpro's growth strategy targets mid-to-high single-digit organic growth, with expansion in compositional analysis instrumentation, biopharma single-use components, semiconductor leading-edge qualification, and aerospace. Enpro supplements organic growth with programmatic M&A, targeting businesses with recurring revenue and high barriers to entry.
