Allied Energy is an investment holding company that operates through its subsidiary BILI (BecauseILoveIt.com), an AI-powered social commerce platform acquired in October 2024. BILI connects brands with social media creators to drive product marketing and direct sales, serving two customer groups: brands ranging from SMBs to Fortune 500 companies, and creators such as influencers, bloggers, and athletes. BILI operates two core service lines. BILI Base™ is a social commerce storefront where creators list and sell brand products, earning commissions of 10–30%, with BILI retaining roughly a 10% net margin on transactions. BILI Boost™ is a managed creator marketing service where brands pay fixed fees for creator sourcing, content management, and paid social amplification. A premium tier, BILI Boost+™, adds audience targeting based on prior consumer purchase behavior. BILI also offers an AI-automated campaign service that generates short-form video content using creator avatars and automates publishing. BILI's AI tools draw on data covering 10M+ North American creators to match brands with relevant creators using 150+ data points per creator, and BILI offers a guaranteed views model it calls the BILI Benchmark. The platform currently has roughly 47,000 registered creators and about 2,500 brand contacts. BILI is asset-light, holding no inventory. Allied Energy acknowledges BILI is an early-stage business with limited operating history, and its plans are largely forward-looking.
