DESCRIPTION

Oculus is a development-stage Canadian technology company building cloud-native SaaS tools for enterprise data privacy compliance and data protection. Oculus has two core products in development: Forget-Me-Yes (FMY) and the ComplyTrust SaaS Suite (CTSS). FMY helps organizations manage compliance with "Right-to-be-Forgotten" and "Right-of-Erasure" requirements under data privacy regulations including GDPR, CCPA, and LGPD — when individuals request deletion of their personal data, FMY automates the process of locating, tracking, and removing that data across enterprise systems. CTSS is a set of cloud-native tools focused on enterprise data governance and compliance monitoring, initially targeting AWS customers. Oculus also holds a legacy document watermarking product, Cloud-DPS, which the company is evaluating for licensing or targeted commercialization. Oculus targets enterprise organizations that collect personal data and face obligations under global privacy regulations. The company plans to sell FMY and CTSS on a monthly subscription basis, initially through direct channels, with plans to expand via API licensing, OEM partnerships, and integrations with platforms like Salesforce, AWS, and HubSpot. Oculus has not yet generated meaningful commercial revenue and depends heavily on securing additional capital to execute its commercialization roadmap.
