VerifyMe is a small logistics company that operates primarily through its subsidiary PeriShip Global, which provides proactive monitoring and management services for time- and temperature-sensitive perishable shipments. PeriShip serves small and medium-sized businesses in healthcare, food and beverage, and agriculture that ship high-value perishables requiring close attention. PeriShip's core service combines proprietary predictive analytics (its PeriTrack platform), staffed meteorologists, and a U.S.-based service team that actively monitors and intervenes on in-transit shipments to prevent spoilage and delivery failures.
