DESCRIPTION

Mobiquity Technologies is a small AdTech company that provides programmatic advertising software through three platforms: ATOS (its core programmatic ad platform), MobiExchange (a SaaS data analytics platform), and CMOne (a publisher monetization platform). These platforms can run independently or as an integrated stack, covering demand-side ad buying, audience data intelligence, and publisher inventory management. Mobiquity sells through two models: platform licensing, where clients pay usage-based or ad-spend-percentage fees, and managed services, where Mobiquity runs campaigns directly on behalf of clients. The company is very small, with only 8 employees as of early 2026, and revenue is highly concentrated — two customers accounted for roughly 85% of revenue in FY25. Mobiquity's primary near-term growth initiative is a partnership with Context Networks to deploy its ad technology inside casino environments, converting gaming machines, kiosks, mobile apps, and digital signage into programmatic ad inventory. This allows casino operators to generate non-gaming revenue from existing assets, and Mobiquity argues it is the only publicly traded AdTech company with programmatic advertising directly integrated into casino gaming devices. Initial casino deployments have launched in Wisconsin and Nebraska.
