DESCRIPTION

Idaho Strategic Resources is a small gold mining company operating in northern Idaho. Its core asset is the Golden Chest Mine, an underground gold mine in the Murray Gold Belt of the Coeur d'Alene Mining District. Mined ore is processed at the New Jersey Mill, a 360-tonne-per-day flotation plant that Idaho Strategic majority-owns, which produces a gold flotation concentrate sold almost entirely to a single buyer, H&H Metals. Revenue is driven by ore volume, ore grade, mill recovery rates, and the gold price. The mine and mill are tightly linked — disruptions at either directly affect revenue. Idaho Strategic also holds over 20,000 acres of patented and unpatented land in the Murray Gold Belt, giving it the largest private land and mineral claim position in the area, with several early-stage copper-silver and gold exploration targets within that land package. Near-term growth is focused on expanding underground development at the Golden Chest Mine, leveraging existing mill infrastructure. Beyond gold, Idaho Strategic holds a portfolio of rare earth element properties in central Idaho — Mineral Hill, Lemhi Pass, and Diamond Creek — which are recognized in U.S. federal and state critical minerals inventories but are not yet in production. These REE properties represent an early-stage optionality position in U.S. critical minerals, with value dependent on future exploration, permitting, and potential government or partner interest.
